Shipping & Delivery

We ship with in Canada. You are responsible for shipping costs and applicable taxes which are applicable. Items should ship within 3 to 15 business days from receipt of order depending on stock availability. Efforts will be made to contact you if your order will be unusually delayed. We use third party shipping and have no control over shipping delays or interruptions. The Company takes no responsibility shipping delays and occurrences out of our control.

Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return and item from the date you received it. To be eligible for return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received our returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund on your credit card. When you receive the credit will depend on you card issuers policy.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa or MasterCard. When you use your credit card we may obtain a pre- approval from the issuer of the card for an amount as high as the full price. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our office. If you cancel a transaction before completion, this pre approval may result in those funds not otherwise being immediately available to you.

The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.
